From your photos id say its fine, the photos a little over exposed.
We cannot say this is an SA armband of course unless it is stamped as such, id say standard party armband, Sean

I'm with Luft Blue on it being of standard party designation. Do you own a UV lamp (black light) to test it with? If authentic, the white circle should not glow. If a fake, it will really flouresce. Note that this is just a tool, and not totally conclusive. Let us know the results.
