It looks like a award cup for...( could be anything)
Although it has a nice design I don't think it's third reich.
I for sure wouldn't trust the swastika on the bottom! What is it doing there all alone?

Could be for anything. Someones tried to make it look interesting by carving a Hakenkreuz on the base possibly to add more $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$!
