The shoulderboard is a last pattern SA enlisted board for SA foot units. It was introduced in 1939 to be more military in style than the earlier style boards. The Winkel is an old fighters' chevron, used only between 1933 and around 1935 before being replaced with sleeve stripes.

The shoulderboard is fine. The arm Winkel is hard to tell--there was a fellow who had a roll of the original Tresse who used to sew it to a wool felt backing like this 10 or 20 years ago--it's different than the fabric usually used, which would be either brownshirt twill or uniform cloth.
