What nskk standarte/sturm??

MY friend has a minty tab I want to purchase but neither of us know its designation,and would like to!!
Its NSKK 13/M98 anyone know where this motor division is from??or anything about it,another friend claims its wrong and says 98 is a designated SA mountain brigade,which I think is utter poop.Since its obviously an NSKK tab.Can anyone PLEASE HELP???

Could you have a pic of the tab ?

If the tab is black with light metal numbers...think its NSKK, Standarte "98" = town of St Pölten, NSKK group Niederdonau if we refer to the listing in Mr Angolias book...
