What do you guys think of this HJ whistle?

Appears to be an original whistle. Is there a reason you believe its HJ? Is that because of the lanyard colors?

it's being sold as a HJ whistle. I don't really care if it's HJ or not, I care more about it being authentic. I bought it because I had a relative who was in the LW who had one similar to that one.

I think its alright...could have possibly been used by any branch. Maybe someday youll discover if it has any specific branch of service relating to it. Be cool if it turned out to be ss HJ, as ss items were marked that way at times...Me like...good score.
