    NSKK Sweetheart?

    I'm back again,
Bought this a while back, it was in a box full of tinnies, as a guess I'd say about 50 in total. At the time I had no idea what they were, dealer didn't either, they were all about £2 each. (first year of collecting at the age of 13, 7 years ago) I went back after finding out about them and he'd sold the box full for about £50. Anyway I did buy this out of the box because it was just different and interesting, due to the fittings on the back i'm not sure if it's original, never seen anything German with lugs on.
    Anyway, thoughts please.
It doesn't matter if it's not right as it was £2 and I like it!

    Thanks, Jon.

    Snorky,
Your hunch is correct, it's an English-made fantasy piece made probably in the 1970s/80s....no German badge had the "lugs & cotter pin" mount (Some WW1
Austro-Hungarian badges turn up with these mounts...but nothing 3rd Reich).

Interesting and worth a shot when you don't know.....but official emblems, eagles, etc. were tightly controlled by the RZM so you won't find official emblems used on unoffical "sweetheart"-pin type items....(as a general rule...there are a few exceptions)
