The bronze colored badge is the standard one that would be worn by attendees who made a donation. The cased examples should be for those who took part in the planning or setup of the event. I've seen more of these special badges and medals over the last year than ever before, but they look legitimate--at least in the photos. A silver 'Seefahrt ist Not' badge is featured in an article by Wim Saris in The Military Advisor last year along with a lot of great info about the event and meaning.
