    HJ sleeve patch

    Hello to all,

    I have these two HJ patches for a couple of years and I wanted to hear your opinions about them. Do you like them or not?

      Yes, I like them. They are DJ sigrunes, worn in lieu of the HJ armband by DJ members. Prior to the Obberbann system being done away with in late 1935 this color combination would indicate Obberbann 1, and after that time it was used by the DJ as the general organisation symbol. Both look good, the uniform removed one looks great. Forgot to add that the A4 on the RZM tag would indicate manufacture of sometime after spring of 1935.
