The two bottom right yellow tabs are the colour for Nurnberg, the shirt is from Coburg but the same colour for Munich in any case

            Sorry Lufwaffe,
But cornflower was for "Oberrhein / Warthe" Munich was "sky" blue same color than the "Orts" piping, as we can see it in your pic

                Sa

THETTHEO - The actual Gruppe designation for the light blue tabbed musician's brownshirt shown was Bayerische Ostmark, and later designated as Bayernwald. SEAN - Once again, FANTASTIC SA items!!

SEAN - What is the ribbon in the breast pocket buttonhole of your musician's brownshirt?

Looks like the Hindenburg (WWI front fighters' cross) cross ribbon.

Yes as Erich states Hindenburg ribbon, it was already stitched on and looks period with its stitching, im unsure if this was the norm, maybe somebody has a like style ribbon on a shirt somewhere?, thanks SG i try with my SA items, Sean

                        Ribbon

I know that WWI Iron Cross ribbons were worn in this fashion on the SA brownshirt.

Looks fine--early on the ribbons were often worn like this. Great brownshirt!!

Going off topic slightly, the lower belt hooks have been taken off this shirt and replaced with loops, again this looks period, anybody know why this would be done taking into account this is a musicians shirt?, i can post better pics of the loops, Sean

Nice SA collar tab display. Which group are the brown tabs for?
