Wonderful photo!
The man on the left is an NSFK Standartenfuhrer. On the right is an Oberfuhrer.
Also, the man of the left wears the Honor Stripe or the Alte Kampfer Chevron. This was for men who were members of the NSDAP prior to 30 January 1933 or some other criteria to lengthy to mention here.

The man on the right is also a veteran of WWI military aviation: He is wearing an Imperial-era Iron Cross 1st Class, and both a WWI-era black wound badge and aviation badge, possibly the one for Fliegerschützen (= airgunners). The other pinback cross is also an Imperial-era decoration. (Possibly be the Oldenburgian Friedrich-August-Kreuz , but this is not my area of expertise and I could be wrong on that one.)
Oh, and the man on the left had also attend the Reichsführerschule: We can just make out what can only be the arrow-like "Tyr"-Rune patch on his left upper arm.Last edited by HPL2008; 04-06-2009, 11:50 AM.
