sorry to pipe in even later, been off with a minor knee surgery.
I think that one to be from fantasy island, sorry
appears well made, possibly with period parts, but this rank did not exist at the Gau level.
The only rank it could possibly be, with the stripe down the middle, is Deputy Gauleiter (or Gauleiter). For this to be a good Deputy armband, the center oakleave band would have to be 20mm, with a 3mm stripe bordering that, which it clearly does not measure up to......
here is a real Deputy Gauleiter armband.......

That's what I get for not checking the rank. Now also I see the workmanship is somewhat sloppier on the band.

Hi Jeff, I'm convinced and thanks for your comments. I got this armband from Berliner Auktionshaus few years ago, I think now it's time for it to go home. Thank you everyone.
