Blue Striped HJ Armband

I know of a dealer that has an HJ armband with a thin blue stripe running through the white stripe. Everything is printed on and it's made of one piece. It looks like a normal HJ armband except for the stripe. Does anyone know what this means? The dealer thinks it could be marine-HJ but I thought they used normal HJ bands. I managed to find one on a forum: http://www.ww2f.com/information-requ...-armbands.html but no one knew for sure what it was.

I would be cautious with this one. Personally I don't like printed armbands, I have an HJ volksturm armband that is printed, and I don't really feel good about it so it stays apart from the rest of my HJ stuff. I have never seen any regulations authorizing something like this. Perhaps Wilhelm Sarris would have a better idea, he's very good with this type of thing.
