    DAF Shouder board.

    I just got this DAF Shoulder board in the mail . Interesting part is on this one that the cog wheel was a little mis-cast and has a 2nd ring of cogs about 3/4 of it's edge , which gives it an interesting 3D effect !.
    What did district '99' stand for ???
