Interesting to compare this stickpin with the one in the first post.
Nearly identical, but with some obvious differences.
Mine is solid metal, the other appears hollow.
No ges gesch on mine, and the RZM is at a different angle.
Also, no evidence of paint ever being applied to this.
Big glob of solder, if not factory, it certainly looks period done.

Mike, just referencing the fact that yours appears to be hollow, just like there are solid & hollow wound badges, and other varieties.
Appears to be stamped out of a thinner gauge metal as well, perhaps war time economy ?
Who knows, but I like yours as well.
Actually quite a few differences when compared side by side.
Might as well compare the fronts as well

NSKK stick pins
RadarZ, Could you post the dimensions of your pin? The wings seem to be shorter than the one I have. It's nice to see different makers of the NSKK member's pin. It's hard to tell from the photo, but does your pin have a gold tint to it? Gold would be worn by NSKK motorboat personnel.
Best Regards, Mike

According to my micrometer, the wings have a span of 23.16 mm.
It weighs 2.4 g's.
Its hard to tell if the wings are shorter, or if the NSKK banner is longer, giving the illusion of shorter wings.
It is certain your wings project farther away from the banner, especially noticable on the rear view ,,, And the pin does appear to have a golden tint.

NSKK pin back
Here's another NSKK member's pin that I just acquired. It's a late war type, that has the crimped pin. Marked M1/76 for the firm of Hillenbrand & Broer, Ludenscheid. In Stephen Lautens book: A Collector's Guide to RZM Marks of the NSDAP, he states that items weren't marked with the M1 prefix until March 1935.
