What for was this two plate with eagle?

Hello. First I hope I get this two peaces in right section if note please remowe in right.

I have for identification two different plate. Nr 1. is tin plate with eagle and it measures are cc 15x15 cm. Under eagle are word "reichseigentum G.J." For what is this tin plate?



Nr. 2 is marmor stone plate from friend of mine and he wants to know if it ok and for what is that peace. It measures are 80x40 cm and praty heavy . Are anybody seen something that before?

1) Reichseigentum means property of the (German) Reich.

Are there 3 or only 2 letters (G. J.) written under the word Reichseigentum ?

That piece of marble looks very impressive. Would you be able to post a good close up of it, to get a better feel for the quality of the marble used? Could you also please post a pic of the back of the marble? I assume that are no maker marks or any other letters on it? Cheers, Torsten.

Looks like it's illustrating the quarrying of marble. Possibly for a display or a presentation?
