It's Heinrich Bennecke, who led the Reichsführerschule in München from '34 till '37.

Sure--'Hitler und die SA" (München 1962) is the only one that I have, but he also wrote a book about the Army and SA, and 'Die SA in Sachsen' which I've never seen. German book dealers often have the first book--it's not particularly rare.
