Reichsleiter Fiehler (Oberbürgermeister of Munich) is on the left.

at left on the pic as said we have Reichsleiter Fiehler mayor of Munich and at right Gauleiter Adolf Wagner also of Munich.

Think pic could be dated of 1936-37

I think the pictures were taken at the conference of München with the visit of Neville Chamberlain (1938?)
