Hi, don't know what to make of this, seller describes it as "rare" but have never seen anything like this...what is it actually???

Base is 200 x 150 x 30 and is marble, eagle is 100 x 62 (all in mm's).

Helmet looks like one of those little miniature ones you can find at shows minus the chinstrap, and like new?. The NSKK Emblem I am not sure about but many new manufactured or period variants to be found, not warming up to that either. The marble is no doubt good, the felt on these items is generally not visible from view once laid flat.

This is a piece that will need several opinions, but the helmet looks wrong. How is that mounted? and what is its size? Someone has to have one for comparison.
