Brown leather cross strap with golden metal clasps and D-rings ... what is it?

I want to sell on e-stand this nice and complete cross strap with both belt loops made of brown leather. The clasps and the D-rings are made of golden metal.

My 2 questions:

First ... is this a cross strap for political leaders? Somebody said it could be also Marine SA? Well, are there any experts who can help me with that?

Second ... what is a reasonable price to offer it here at WAC on e-stand?

This is the standard SA or NSDAP PO cross strap. Re the SA, every group color was shared by 2 groups, with the differentiation being the button/metal fitting color. So, every other SA group used gold fittings, as did the Marine SA. Value is around $175.00 if both D ring belt slides are present.
