Sorry, really difficult to tell with this pics, on the other hand there is no really interest about "OT" items on the collector market, so why braking head and restore or make an "OT" overcoat... How much collectors could be interested by such an "OT" item ? 3....5....20 ?

That looks like somekind of post war great coat...
Many issues....
(1) wrong color brown
(2) wool material way too thick
(3) buttons in wrong position
(4) lacks French cuffs...
(5) pockets are not angled...
(6) collar rank insignia patches sit on top of the wool, not embedded...
= sewn recently...

Verdict: wrong coat with OT collar rank badges added recently...
If it has no Org. Todt property stamps in the lining, that's another indicator its no good...Most liners on these were mustard yellow , almost golden yellow!

Here's another real one! This is an earlier type with narrower collar.
Sometimes these earlier versions get confused with DAK greatcoats!
Compare with the one that started this thread (no good I think) and note button positioning +
light shade of brown color... No where close to yours I'm afraid....
