I don't have this in hand yet, and no pics of the backside. I've never seen one of these, so I took a chance.

Thanks for the replies, your opinions are much appreciated and valued. I really don't know where or when this is from. I got this from the estate of William "Bill" Good. He was a weightlifter in the 1936 games and placed 7th. The family did not know how it came to be in his olympic stuff. The only photo I could find tagged "1936 olympics jugend honor service" was this blurry shot of youths dressed all in white. I think it is meant to be viewed with the glasses that have a red lens and a blue lens for a 3d effect. I can't make out any of the insignia. I picked this up for cheap out of curiousity. Thanks again for your replies. [IMG][/IMG]

Hmm, new information has surfaced regarding this odd triangle. Odd as it appears, the item does pass the UV and burn tests. Here's a couple of better period photos and some video. Video is in QuickTime format.

Beautiful and of course, oh-so-rare Item
How does that saying go... "Was der Bauer nicht kennt..." LOL "..ist automatisch nicht aus der zeit...." or something like that...
Research is always better than a few opinions
Wonder how long it will be before they start showing up on auction sites now ?
