SA Cloth Eagle - Good?

Is this an original cloth SA eagle. If so, what is it used for?

Looks like DLV to me.

The SA was not authorized to wear this style or type of eagle. That doesn't mean that the SA rank and file always followed regulations to the letter, but I agree, more likely DLV or early NSFK.
