eagle with SA sportbadge

I got this from a friend but I realy know nothing about this
beneath the statue of the eagle is the SA sportbadge. The eagle and badge are placed on wood.
I don't know of it is original or a replica that's for the specialist's

It's a sport badge for the disabled, but seems to lack the detail of originals in the photo. Any marks on the eagle (like an M3 RZM number)?

no there aren't any marks on the eagle
the eagle looks old but that doesn't give a garantee that it is an original
