SS pins, real or fake ?

Was contemplating the purchase of these, I know the pics are not the greatest.

It was suggested to me that genuine pins were never marked GES GESCH, as these clearly are.

      Thank you for the opinion.
Might I ask what it is which leads you to such a certain conclusion ?

Shouldn't they have the "knurls" on the pin shaft itself if infact they were authentic?

Ges Gesch is expected but no maker mark (Hoffstatter or Gahr) no number.
Not the quality one expects to find.
          Copies/Repro.

            PS.
Not clear pics but they are in fact "knurled" long style
for the " extra" cost keeper.

I have been informed thusly by someone who seems quite educated on these pins:

"There are only two makers authorised.
One is Gahr of Munchen and so marked.
They are numbered and silver numbered and they
              are marked usually as 900.
The other authorised maker is/was,Hoffstatter Bonn
and again numbered with a serial
THEY WERE NEVER MARKED GES GESCH or anything else."

So if this info is correct that would point to these being repro. Then again, this info seems to contradict what Seiler says viz Ges Gesch.

Yes CurtD, I do see the "Ges Gesch", no need to get snide.

Correct statement should read: "They are not known to be stamped *only* Ges Gesch" ie with no makers mark/production # as well.

If anyone has info to the contrary, I'd be interested in hearing it.
