SA Sports Armband

Looks like a SA Sports Armband. Although some poo poo the black light test, I would ask if this item reacts to U/V light? Is this wool or cotton? I'm only aware that they were made of cotton.

SA armband

There's some question as to whether these were connected to sport or the SA militia (Wehrmannschaften), but it looks okay. It's hard to tell from the photos 100%, though. The black light test on the white field of the insignia would be helpful.
Nearly all of these I've seen and owned have been in mint, unissued condition. I suspect the majority were produced and never used. They never show up in period photos as far as I know, but I've picked up quite a few in real veteran groups.
