orts gruppe level collar tabs

hi guys.
thought id share my orts gruppe level collar tabs with you.
as you can see they are in a mint condition with all the gilt finish still on metal works.
they are rzm taged still....i will upload more pics soon...

what rank would these have been?...what does each pip mean?

also is a well worn political cockade.....correctly marked on rear of disc and oak leaves......i display them together although the tabs and cockage are not from same person.
