I saw this for me very unusal DLV badge/tinnie, can anyone tell me more about it? Strange but interesting design......

Indeed, the "DLV" initials are just coincidence; this bee has nothing to do with the Deutscher Luftsportverband. It is the official membership badge for the Deutscher Landfrauenverband. ("Landfrauen" = lit. "country women", generally meaning women living in rural areas, especially farmer's wives and daughters.)

While the direct forerunners of this organization have been in existence since 1898, the DLV has existed under this particular name since 1948, while the Greifenkunst firm - according to their website - has been the licensed manufacturer of this badge since 1953. So, the badge itself is definitely post-war.
Nonetheless, the bee symbol has apparently been used by the Landfrauen organizations from the very start. See here for an image of Elisabet Boehm, the foundress of the first such association; notice the bee jewellery she is wearing:
