It has some damage and I think it is a copy but I dont know a whole lot about these so thought I would ask just in case?

IMO it's a bad cast fake, metal must surely be very soft and malleable, what's for me a big red flag.
The needles fixing, the details of the drawing nothing corresponds.
Don't like it at all.
