Adolf Hitler plaque

Hello, recently aquired items. Can anyone identfy this plaque? Im aware of many other types but havent seen this type before. It is unmarked and is fixed to the back by 3 screws. Best, Bill Bourque

I can't comment the plaque but the collar tab seems to be a DDR (east-german) collar tab for Grenztruppen (border guard).

The plaque was likely meant to be mounted on a wooden base for wall decor. I would think the vet might have bolted it into the bottom of the case. It's one of many patriotic pieces that could be purchased to show support of the country.
