NSFK Trade patche?

Hello,
does somebody know this trade patche?I've already tried in the Wehrmacht Uniforms forum,but i had no answer.
Certainly some kind of signal NCO sleeve insignia,but i've never saw that one. Luftwaffe,RLB,NSFK,post-1945?
Any information welcome!

To my opinion, it's not NSFK or pre-1945 Luftwaffe.
