Early tag--hat dates to early 1936 at the latest. Unlike the one above, it appears that this one was re-piped with wool piping, instead of a rayon covering:

Here is a visor for a Party member of the Ortsgruppe and DAF. I am not aware of any regs for this combination of insignia:

Could be a GG visor, but given the outline of previous PL insignia, who knows when it was applied:
