SA Collar Tabs

These tabs are somewhat of a mystery. Usually, the SA winged propeller has a swastika. The only pink SA tabs with silver devices were worn by Gruppe Kurpfalz in early 1934. I've also seen BLANK SA pink tabs. Are these Flieger SA tabs, or monkeyed with? Thanks !!

P.S. Propeller is solid aluminum and "IV" device is hollow stamped metal.
