Eagle Lapel Pin?

Not sure if this belongs in this catagory or not.

Ive spent 2 weeks searching the net and my own personal library and ive drawn a blank in trying to find out what this pin is. It is a German eagle over a gray disc that has a hollow center with a red material inside it. If someone can ID this for me and give me a estimate of worth in USD i would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!

That looks like a Kriegsmarine Insignia set for the Donald Duck cap......

Thanks guys for clearing that up. I see it for what it is now, lol. I've never seen one in color before, let alone held one in my hands so thats why i never thought of cap insignia.

Any idea on its worth?

quite common and not so expensive, but I think it is about 30-60 $
