Unknown cufftitle "RAVENSBERG"

Hi,

i just bought this ct and is unknown to me. My thoughts are going to Stahlhelmbund, Freecorps or RAD (FAD). The contruction seem to be early 30'ies made....

Any thoughts?

doesn't look NS-period to me; maybe 1950s for local/state use by some municipal or forestry official? housing inspector? tax collector? anyway I just I don't associate heraldic devices with III Reich CTs.

let's get some experts' views please....

Could also be a cufftitle worn by marching bands, they were pretty popular in the 60's -80's (perhaps today, somewhat?) and would compete against other regions and state's bands..i went to a few of these competitions when i was stationed in Germany in the 80's..

thanks for the replys. My strongest guess is still Stahlhelmbund. The kind of manufacture is very different to the postwar used and worn ct's from offical and private sources.
