      Hi Sergey-
      This Form Of Collar Tab Was Worn By Foreign Volunteers Serving In The N S K K.. In John Angolia's Book On The N S K K And N S F K, There Is A Picture Of A Flemish Volunteer Wearing A Similar Tab With A Vertical Mounting Of The Device. I Own A Tunic Of A French Volunteer With A Similar Tab.
