The Armband Represents The N S F K, Not The N S K K. The Insignia On The Band Is Definitely Period. I Also Have Not Seen This Armband Before. From What I Can See, The Construction Appears To Meet The Criteria Of Period Made Armbands. Pictures Of The Reverse Would Help.
