      In Belgium, The Counterpart Of The S A Was The Dietsche Militie. From Their Motor Brigade, The N S K K Began To Draw Drivers In 1941. Thier Sleeve Shield:

          De Vlag, Was A Seperate Fascist Organization In Belgium. Drivers Were Also Drawn From Their Ranks. They Wore This Armshield With The Lion Of Flanders. The Three Armshields Shown Are The Same Ones Illustrated In John Angolia's Book On The N S K K And N S F K.
          Anyone Else Have Any Of These To Add To This Thread? From The Construction, It Seems All Were Locally Made.

              Here's a neat image somebody had posted before...
              Its an Italian (NSKK) SPeer member. Note shield!
              or Italian in French unit...as I'm not sure if there were Italian units...
              Writing is obviously in Italian! So is it a tri-color Italian green-white-red type?
              Any examples out there?

                Great shields Bob! I especially love the worn French shield. I think this confirms once again that the printed shields were issued and worn.

                Nick - I've seen this photo before somewhere... I always thought that the guy was Italian serving in French formation and the shield was the French tricolor.

                          Here's one of mine, it has a gray wool backing, it came on a Todt Uniform I have and the stitching was just about off so I removed it to fix it. But used the original thread it had, and is back on already.

                          but the same as the top one, beside the backing. I also have a early French one somewhere I just got in?? I'll find it again and post.
