HJ armband ...help

Hello all,

I've looked through the archives to authenticate this armband's originality and came up with a positive feel toward it, but would appreciate a confirmation, please. This came from a group of items I recently purchased from the grandson of a WWII US vet who brought back with him a tin full of day badges and a reel to reel film of a soldier's tour of duty in the SA. This armband may have belonged to the soldier as well, as I see a lot of HJ and SA tinnies in the group.
