No problem, Tex--beats loading up my own hard-drive.

I was trying to find color pics of v. Epp from the Day of German Art Fest in the summer of 1939. No luck, but here is a B&W shot--probably the most decorated PL:

Really nice pic posted by Kevin L. As he correctly notes, the PL on the right with the medal bar is wearing his armband upside down. Does anyone know who he is and/or the when and where taken?

(Note v. Epp behing AH wearing the leather cross-strap.)

Note Ley wearing his DAF Werkschar Leaders Uniform, with a non-regulation bullion wreath. IMHO, this served as the inspiration for the PL Form 4 wreath:

            Stonemint:

The man saluting Hitler above is a rare photo of Hauptbefehlsleiter Hans Saupert. There were only about 5 men who held this rank in the PL system. Saupert retired from his position as chief of staff to Reichsleiter Franz Schwarz in 1943. You find too many photos of either the uniform rank or the man.

              Mark--
I never knew the rank was that rare. Thanks for the identification and the heads-up...

Another obscure Jaeger pic--probably the Putsch commemoration of 1939 or '40:

The Gauleiter in #252 is August Eigruber with Franz Ziereis, Himmler and Wolff at Mauthausen K.L.

                              Best,
