DAF 25 Year Service Document .

I just got this nice looking DAF Document for 25 years of service at the Elbschlossbrauerei =beer brewery ,in Hamburg -Nienstedten to a Hans Spranger . The document is dated 6th of October 1938 ; it is of a heavy stock paper , embossed center area with DAF insignia ; it is of a large 12-1/2 by 18 -1/4-inches size and the bordered area is 9 by 14 -inches .Posted by Bernd .

Here some more interesting notes : I know the place , since I lived 9 years in Hamburg and it was like a 20 minutes walk from my Parents home . In 1959 ,my parents , my brother and I ,celebrated the New Year at a dance there in the ballroom .
The brewery is defunct now and as I saw 2 years ago during my visit there , most has been torn down and the main office building changed into condos .
