Picked that one up last weekend at a local fleamarket: Although the sewings one the other (not shown) end is open, its still a tie. My question, is the colour special for the SA, or could it be any political organisation (its not DAK, those are more tan)?

Tan tie / binder - SA?

SA Tie
Here's a photo of the silk version. I believe "Seidenbinder" translates to silk tie. There is a cotton version also, but the construction is similar. My cotton SA necktie has a different RZM tag that says, "SA Roper-Binder". I believe the silk version was intended for the tunic, and the cotton one for the brownshirt. Anyone know? They were probably worn interchangably.
