Opinions on this Eagle

Hi all !!!
I would like to know what your opinions are of this eagle . I posted it in the Wehrmacht uniform section and they thought it was a fake , but said to try it here . So here it is . Is it original or fake and if it is original what organization wore it ? It is 4" X 1 5/8" and is dark green with gray thread . It has been sewn on to something and there is traces of glue from the scrap book it was in .

Hi Dave,
Your eagle is very interesting to me. I think it is an original example. I also think that is may have been made in the concentration camp system. It has similar characteristics to a specific ss sleeve eagle. Unfortunately, I do not have an example of this one, but the design is close. Almost too close to be a coincidence. Perhaps if you stated your case on the ss forum, you could get someone there to catch on. I think they would find it interesting. Regards, Peter
