Fritz Todt Award in Silver Opinions Please

Hi Everyone,

I just got this Fritz Todt award in silver. It looks good to me but there are so many copies of these I wanted to get some more opinions.

The back has the milled stirations on it. The hook looks like it has been bent out a bit to make the pin easier to unfasten.

Any thoughts on the piece?

I weighed the piece and it 56g. The details on the front appear to be the same as the one on page 329 of Detlev's 2004 addition.
The only difference is the pin is shorter and the catch is more centered on the cog wheel.

I've only ever had one of these is was 100% certain about. This one is tough to tell though, it has good and questionable traits.

The milled back is consistent with originals. I believe it is an original badge.

Bit of a tough one but I don't like it. Hinge looks very sloppy. Also the milled background you mention is found on zinc badges and usually horizontal, this doesn't look zinc and quality looks lacking to me.
