Ok, you are right Bob. I just compared to another picture. The tag would be too big for the back of a cap eagle. I just wondered about the colour. It seemed to be not brown, but blue, grey or faded black. I thought the arm eagles are on brown. Maybe the photographie does not show right colours...

BLUE BACKING ON A SLEEVE EAGLE IS POSSIBLE FOR EITHER THE NSKK MARINE OR NSKK TRANSPORT FLOTTILLA SPEER. I HAVE A MANTEL FROM THE LATTER GROUP. HOWEVER, THE EAGLE ON THE SLEEVE IS BLACK BACKED.
