Its real, but may have a replaced sweatband. Is there evidence of a mutzenkranz? If not, it is a Form 3 (1936-39). Your maker is #27, Felix Weissbach of Glauchau.

Could you post a picture of the peak stiffener (support)?

It's OK for me , seems to be the original sweatband, but the thread... too fragile...
Blue piping for "Ortsgruppe" NSDAP administration level, as said mod 36/39 with silver eagle, the golden chincord would indicate "Ortsgruppenleiter" NSDAP Orts leader.

Here with below the mod. 39/45 with golden insignia and golden wreath.
