my father was awarded the ek1 24 april 1945 i have a clip from the paper a picture of him general ringel his leader and 2 outers from his combat group geting the award on the bottom of the picture is Aufnahme SS-KB.E.Maur and looks like an e or something the picture ends ive been to the paper and those issues are missing. only grainy microfiche.where could i go in germany to get better pictures and what could be the war photo reporters namen be.
