Help on a SA Ausweis please

This SA ausweis is offered to me but i have a few questions.

1:There's a different unit/strum on the front of the Ausweis then it says inside the ausweis is this possibble
2:There are no markings that i can see on the photo that the unit stamp runs across the photo is this normal?

    Thanks for your opinions guys.

    1) There is not different unit/strum. Front side says us: group Nordsee, Brigade 64, Reserve standarte 57. Backside supplement with Sturm 23 of Reserve standarte 57.
Total: this man was from Sturm 23 of Reserve standarte 57 of Brigade 64 of group Nordsee.

    2) That's strange. Because Ausweis says this man was a Truppfuhrer but the foto with SA mann collar tab. Replacement of foto maybe?

Ive seen a few of these over the years and alot had their photos missing, a definate possibility that another photo has been added, is there any sign of ink on the photo at all?

I Have No Reason To Believe The Photo Is Not Original To The Document. It Was Not Unusual For A Man To Reuse His Original
Entry Level Portrait. I Have A Set Of Documents To A N S K K Truppfuhrer. However, The Two Documents With Photos Show Him As A Motor S A Mann. Not Only The Wrong Rank But Wrong Unit.

Well thank you guys for your thougts on the ausweis.I have enlarged the photo and i can't see any traces of ink running across the photo so i think that it might be replaced, however it's a nice early ausweis.I can buy for a very reasonable price.Again thanks a lot.

              with kind regards Patrick

BOTH DOCUMENTS DO NOT HAVE A STAMP ON THE PHOTO.

                  Bob is correct!

I have several SS-Ausweis (and a few Soldbücher) that have previously used photos attached to them that are period done and 100% correct. It was rather common to reuse photos from old Ausweis, but that doesn't mean you can automatically expect a reused photo to be period applied and 'good' (fakers know all too well about this rule so as always, be careful!)

If the man changed units between the time the photo taken from last Ausweis was issued, then the number on his collar tab (as well as his rank) obviously will not correspond with the 'new' rank and sturm...

I've got a number of Ausweis also, and it's common to see an old photo reused, but at least on my examples, the photo was always restamped --so sometimes there are 2 or 3 stamps showing partially. In this case, I think the photo was added after the fact, as the Ausweis has a stamp showing next to the photo that does not carry over onto the photo.

                      Erich,

Absolutely. Regardless if the photo was use once or three times, there should always be at least one full stamp on it and the document. I would treat any ID with a photo lacking 'any' stamp, or a complete (full) stamp with extreme suspicion.
