I'm trying to identify this young mans organisation...all I can tell is that he is a musician....based on the sleeve patch....

Sonderhausen Luft Musik Schule

The lad pictured in your photo is a student at the Sonderhausen Luft Musik Schule. As for the collar tab, he's a 3rd year student, as signified by the three horizontal lines (one for each year of school). Students were actually HJ. The photo pre-dates 1939 as two shoulder staps were worn after that time by students of the Luftwaffenmusikschule.
