SA collar tab question

Is there anyway to tell if a black collar tab is for Niederrhein or Brandenburg-Berlin? It is from 13- Sturm, 16-Standarte.

Both had a Standarte 16.

Is there anywhere I can find a list of Sturm’s? Better yet a list of Standarte’s and Strum’s. I might look for a brownshirt at the SOS and this info can come in handy.

Does the tab have any piping?
Are the numbers chain-stitched, or embroidered?
