Can you get a sharper set of photos? It's hard to tell much of anything when the pictures look like they were taken under the sea!

The Images Are Not Good Enough To Make A Decision. The Pattern Is Not A Political Eagle But It Appears To Be The First Model Army Visor Cap Eagle.

Here are some better pics. All comments appreciated. I notice that only one of the eagles wings has solder marks. Does this mean it only had one arm to attach it to the cap?
